How long does Pan-India delivery take?

Orders ship from Mumbai with courier partners chosen for your destination. Enter your PIN code on a product page or at checkout to see the estimated delivery date for your address.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available on most Indian PIN codes; checkout confirms it for yours. Nothing is paid online: you pay in cash or by UPI to the delivery associate. A COD handling fee of ₹29 is added to COD orders.

What is the return policy?

Eligible products can be returned within 5 calendar days of delivery: contact our care team on WhatsApp or email with your Order ID. Each product page shows its policy below the PIN-code check: returnable, replacement only (such as electronics, replaced if defective), or non-returnable.

How does Haulnest curate and verify product quality?

Do products carry a warranty?

Where a manufacturer warranty applies, it is listed on the product page. Products that arrive defective are replaced after verification; see the Return & Refund Policy.
